CaseCrown’s warranty is limited to the following terms.
We warrant our CaseCrown products against defects in material or production for a period of one year from the original purchase date.
When a valid claim is received within the warranty period, CaseCrown will adhere to the terms shared below.
Exclusions & Limitations
CaseCrown’s warranty applies only to the product(s) when purchased through CaseCrown.com (online) and an authorized seller.
If you believe you have received a defective product upon arrival, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
In the case that a customer receives a defective product upon arrival, we will provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or a similar product with the equivalent functions based on item availability.
This warranty does not include damages that arose from normal wear and tear from long-term use, negligence, accident, abuse, or misuse.
CaseCrown does not warrant, and is not responsible for, any damages, cost of damages, replacement of damaged devices, or reproducing any program/data stored in the devices.
Proof of purchase requirement for warranty coverage
When requesting warranty coverage, we will require a valid proof of purchase to further review the validity of the claim.
What is a valid proof of purchase?
A valid proof of purchase for orders made online directly from CaseCrown.com is the order invoice, which includes the CaseCrown order ID # provided at the time of purchase as an order confirmation.
For purchases made from authorized sellers through third party channels, we will request the order information (ex: order invoice or photograph of the purchase invoice/receipt).
We may also ask for a picture of the damaged item. For certain items, we may require the item to be sent back to us, including the packaging and the supplemental materials if any.
No Other Warranties
Except for the warranty terms listed above, CaseCrown disclaims all other warranties implied.
