We wouldn’t be anywhere without some attention to the finer details, so here is the scope on how CaseCrown gets to you.

Shipping Days & Times

We ship out orders Monday ~ Friday, minus a few of the important holidays!

Processing Time

  • Once your order is confirmed, please allow 48 hours for orders to be processed before shipping keeping in mind that our office hours are Monday ~ Friday 8am – 5pm PST.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping details, including the tracking number, once your package has shipped.
  • Estimated processing times don’t apply during promotions and holidays.  Please allow additional time for processing, shipping, and delivery of your order during these peak seasons.
  • We kindly ask to be mindful of delays due to customs and carrier service that may affect delivery dates / times.
  • Order processing and shipping times are subject to change due to verification and/or item availability.

Below are the shipping methods we offer and estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped. We always use USPS or UPS depending on the selected shipping method and size of your order.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping for USPS Domestic First Class* deliveries.

*Depending on the weight of the shipment, it may be shipped via USPS Parcel Post.

Shipping rates for all other shipping methods vary by weight of the package.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates for international shipments vary per weight and selected method of shipping.

Please note that buyers are responsible for custom fees and duties, where applicable.

Track Your Package

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email right away that includes the tracking number.

Tracking information may be unavailable for international shipments.

Cancellations

If there is any delay or cancellation of your order (due to an unknown error or out of stock), we will notify you immediately.

CaseCrown reserves the right to delay shipment or cancel any order(s) that are suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

As always, be sure email to us at [email protected] if you have any questions or comments for our team.  If it is a question regarding an existing order, be sure to provide your CaseCrown Order ID # (starting with 187) to speed up the process.
