Returns and exchanges are rarely a fun experience, but we want to change that! We want you to be happy and feel awesome with your CaseCrown product!
So if you’ve changed your mind about your purchase or you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, no problem. Simply review the guidelines below for any returns or exchanges.
How do I request a return / exchange?
- If your item qualifies for a return / exchange, contact us at [email protected] with a valid proof of purchase, and we’ll provide a return label.
Does my order qualify for a return / exchange?
- You may return / exchange an item if it is in its original condition, including packaging and additional contents, within 30 days of the original purchase date. No exceptions.
- Only items purchased directly from CaseCrown.com will be considered. For products purchased from authorized sellers, please get in touch with them directly for their return policy.
- Any giveaway items from promotions cannot be returned for product, cash, or store credit.
When will I receive my refund?
- Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment after the item has been returned.
- Allow a full billing cycle for the funds to be credited back to your account.
Are there any restrictions?
- Returns / exchanges requested without a valid proof of purchase may be refused.
- Returned items must be returned in its original condition, including packaging. Returns with significant damage to the original product or packaging will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus the shipping fee. So be sure to use sturdy bag / box that protects the original packaging.
- Returns are free for orders shipped within the US. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for international orders.
- CaseCrown reserves the right to deny any returns / exchanges.
