I keep seeing an "address mismatch" error when I check out with my credit card.

Don’t worry, we’re sure you have an address. The “address mismatch” error simply refers to a mismatch in the billing address you provided and what your bank has registered with your card. Check the address you gave us, and try again.

Did my order go through?

We sure hope so! Give it a few minutes, and once we approve your payment we’ll send you a short order confirmation email. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, then there might be a problem with your order. Never fear, just send an email to:  [email protected]

Oops, I checked out as a guest. Can I still access my order and tracking number?

That’s okay! Unfortunately, guests cannot access their account on, but we’ll email you the tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you need some other information right away about your order, email us at [email protected], and be sure to include your CaseCrown Order ID # (starting with 187).

How do I cancel my order?

Placed orders that are not yet shipped out can be canceled. Contact [email protected] with your order ID # (starting with 187). Items already shipped may be irreversible and must then be returned for a refund.

I need to update my shipping address!

Simply log into your account to make any changes to your information.  If you need to update your shipping address immediately for a pending order, please contact us at [email protected] with your order ID # (starting with 187) as soon as possible.

Shipping / Tracking

I think my package has been lost in transit.

If your tracking number has not been updated in awhile for your order, or you have not received it even when it says that it’s been delivered, it’s possible that your package may have been lost in transit. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order ID # (starting with 187), and we’ll figure something out.

How come there is no tracking information for my order? (International orders only)

We make sure to give a tracking number for every order, especially international orders. But sometimes the tracking statuses are not updated while your package is on its way. We find that most international orders arrive within 2-3weeks, so hold tight for a little while! If your package doesn’t arrive, please email us at support with your CaseCrown Order ID # (starting with 187).

I can't login!

You first have to create an account. So if you haven’t done that yet, be sure to do so because you can only access your order info if it was placed under your account. If you checked out as a guest, you won’t get order info until it’s shipped. If you still need help, email:  [email protected]

I forgot my password.

It happens to the best of us. Try using the password finder, which will send you your password on file to the email you created the account with. If not, email:  [email protected].
