Dear Future CASECROWN Reviewer,

Thank you for your interest in reviewing products for CASECROWN! Product reviews are a valuable part of our cases being "customer approved". Our Review Program is open to active reviewers posting tech reviews on such channels as a YouTube channel, Blog, Website, or Other Social Media source. All submissions are considered; please only ONE submission per reviewer/group. Look over the Terms and Conditions for our Review Program and if you like what you see fill out the form and email it as an attachment to: review@casecrown.com. Only those with completed forms properly submitted to this email address will be considered eligible for the program.

Terms and Conditions:

• Reviewers must be at least 14 years of age to participate
• CaseCrown's Review Program is currently only open to active reviewers in the United States, no exceptions. We are still looking to expand this and will announce if our program expands further
• All reviewers must submit a completed Product Review Program Form, no other entries will be considered
• All product selections are subject to current marketing/review campaigns. Selected reviewers will be notified of currently available review products
• Reviewer entries will be actively considered/revisited each month and you will be notified of your selection to the program
• All selected reviewers are expected to review any/every product received from CaseCrown
• Once the review product is received, reviewers are required to post their video, blog, or post within 3-4 weeks
• As per FTC regulations, we require that every product reviewer mention in their review that the product was received complementary as part of CaseCrown's Product Review Program
• All reviewers are asked to conduct a sweepstakes to give away the CaseCrown review product to their subscribers/followers
• Once your review is ready our program asks that you post your review link onCaseCrown's Facebook and Twitter pages
• All reviewers are required to send their review link to review@casecrown.com once completed
