We guarantee all merchandise sold by CaseCrown.
- You may return any product for a refund within 14 days if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from CaseCrown.
- To return an item, please request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by email.
- We do not accept any return without RMA#.
- For all returns, 15% restocking fee will be applied, and the shipping charges will not be refunded back.
- A customer is responsible for shipping and other charges occurred during refund or exchange process.
- Shipping charges and restocking fee will be waived if the return is due to an error by CaseCrown.
- All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials.
- CaseCrown cannot accept missing or damaged item returns.
- All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
