CaseCrown officially joined Pinterest yesterday and began pinning like crazy!  Check out our Pinboards!  It’s still a work in progress.  Soon enough all of our boards will be filled with pins, pins, and more pins.

Hey, Crowners!

Already starting the second month of 2012.  Times flies, huh?  Hope that 2012 is going super well and according to plan for everyone.  It’s been amazing for us so far.  Since it’s already February, we just want to take a moment to step back and look at how far we’ve come during the past year.

2011 has been an unbelievable year for us.  So much has happened!  Starting out with the office move from Anaheim to Brea in late May, which was a huge step… from that point on we’ve been growing non-stop.  We welcomed new people to join our team, and working with newcomers has been pretty fun and lively in the office. Busier as well.  But with growing team members and a growing business, we still managed to set time aside for play time.  All work and no play?  Complete nonsense. Haha.

We had company meetings every month and celebrated birthdays.  Here at CaseCrown, it’s pretty much guaranteed that we’ll have cake at least once a month.  What else?

We actually started a poll to see which CaseCrown traditions was your favorite last year.  (Check out our Facebook page and answer!)  Among them we chose a few high-lights:  CaseCrown Weekly Giveaway, Crowner of the Month, Company meetings & birthdays, Thanksgiving Potluck, and Christmas White Elephant.

We started CaseCrown’s Weekly Giveaway and Crowner of the Month to interact with our fans, get to know them.  Yes, we’re talking about you!  We wanted to way to recognize you and thank you guys for all your love and support… and extreme loyalty.  We feel like we’ve gotten to know many of you.  We want to continue doing just that.  Yes, technically we did take a break in January for CCWG promising a comeback in February. Well, the time has come.  We’ve been brainstorming and coming up with a new way to kick off our weekly giveaway.  Continue to follow our blog for the  next couple days to learn about our new program and all the changes.  You wouldn’t want to be left out now, would you?  Didn’t think so.  Haha.

Let’s see… Reaching major milestones on Facebook Likes! That’s pretty big.  With two IWearYourShirt events in the bag… getting together for the holidays with our annual Thanksgiving Potluck and Christmas White Elephant.  We can’t forget our Facebook Party.  We pulled all the stops that day with decorations, balloons, T-shirts, pictures… and of course, cake.

Not to forget the new fridge and coffee machines.  One of the biggest changes are all the new elegant and chic furniture! Now there’s more room for us to chill and lounge around during our breaks and lunch time.  That means more seating area for us in the kitchen during company meetings.  There are also new furniture in the front reception area.  Pretty nice indeed.

Ah, yes.  We forgot to take a moment to give you guys a little heads up on what’s coming in 2012.  Aside from more new products, Zach already posted a blog about our new and improved CaseCrown Review Program.  All you reviewers, check it out if you haven’t already.  It’s your chance to review for us, check out our newest and hottest products, and get featured!

Further down the road we plan on re-designing the CaseCrown website.  We started this half-way into 2011 but had to pause and put it on the back shelf for a little while due to other urgent projects.  But we definitely have plans to get back to it this year.

We’ll also continue supporting the Horn of Africa Relief Fund through our One Day’s Wages campaign.

It seems like that pretty much wraps everything up in a nutshell!

Zach here!  I am so excited to OFFICIALLY announce here on the blog our new and improved CaseCrown Review Program.  Up until this point if you were an awesome YouTube reviewer or tech blogger you had to email us, wait for a response to fill out our application form, fill it out, and then send it back to us…  A lot of work right?!  I AGREE!  So our team has worked to make the whole process so much easier and we hope that you all like it.

Before I get into explaining how to navigate the new review page on www.casecrown.com, let me first say that if you haven’t reviewed our products and would like to then THIS BLOG IS FOR YOU!  We are always looking for new faces to review our awesome cases and would love to get your application form.

Hey, Crowners!

We dropped hints before about an upcoming new color for the Horizontal and Vertical Messenger Bags! Well, it’s here!  It’s finally available on our website.  Check it out!

For those of you who already own this bag or are familiar with this product from reviews, it’s pretty much self-explanatory.  Everything’s the same.  Just a new shade.

This bag is compatible with multiple devices whether you have the Apple iPad 2, Amazon Kindle Fire, Kindle eReader, Nook, Kobo, Kobo Vox, Acer Iconia, Samsung Galaxy Tab, Asus Transformer, etc… this is the bag for you.  It can even fit small netbooks.  On the interior of the case, there is a padded divider so you can carry other items in your bag along with your device because it will stay protected even while moving around.  Because the material of the bag is made from nylon twill, it’s somewhat water resistant so it’ll protect your device and additional belongings from light rain.

The adjustable shoulder strap and multiple exterior and interior pockets make it extremely convenient.  This new purple color and the orange interior make it stylish so it’s perfect for students!

Hey, Crowners!

We have a new product!  Check out the new Clip On Case for the 15″ MacBook Pro! These are perfect for those who like to keep their MacBook Pros light, slim, and compact. The thin Clip On Cases do not add extra bulk as it is meant to act as a protective shield molded perfectly to outline the shape of the MacBook Pro.

We’ve had cases for the MacBook Pro 13″, and people have been asking about Clip On cases for the MacBook Pro 15″.  Well, here it is. Finally.

There are a few people at CaseCrown who have MacBook Pros and use them in the office, so of course we checked them out.

Currently we have two different colors for these cases.  You’ll find Clear and Smoke.  Both are transparent so you can still show off your Apple logo while using your MacBook Pro.

As you can see in the picture to the left, there are rubber feet attached on the bottom for base and support as well as to raise the MacBook Pro.  The openings and cut-outs on the bottom help with ventilation.

This 2-piece Clip On case doesn’t affect feature access so you can keep it on at all times for protection.

Do you guys know about our new Element Glider Cases for the Apple iPhone 4 and 4S?  If you don’t, well… you’re missing out!  Be sure to check them out if you haven’t already because they offer brand new colors and a unique texture.  Anyway, the reason we bring this up is that we also plan on getting Clip On Cases in the same design as the Element Glider for the MacBook Pro.  So on top of Clear and Smoke, we have a few more colors in the making.  We’ll keep you posted!

Hey, Crowners!

We started the CaseCrown’s Weekly Giveaway earlier this year in the summer and we had our 31st CCWG last week to wrap up 2011.  We had an amazing long run.  Can’t believe it’s been that long!  You can view some of the major high-lights of CCWG from our Flickr Photostream.  From race cars and darts to water balloon fights and paper airplanes… it’s all here if you missed it.

First and foremost, we want to thank you all so much for liking us on Facebook and posting comments.  We really appreciate it.  Not only on Facebook, but we also thank you for helping us spread the word about our products, special promotions, company information, and our campaign on Twitter.  We had a blast chatting with you guys and hosting these giveaways every Friday.  It

Hey, Crowners!

We have a new kid on the block!  Say hello to the ELEMENT GLIDER!  Brand new member of our Glider Series.  Yup.  You’ve been asking us since all the buzz started going around about the new iPhone from Apple months ago.  We had a little something going on but didn’t want to give out anything before all the details were finalized.  But we were dying to share with you guys!!!  Secrets out now.

The Element Glider is just like our Slash and Chameleon Gliders for those of you who are familiar with our products.  It has the usual features of a glider:  2-piece set up, felt-lined interior, full feature access, made from solid polycarbonate, and side ridges for a non-slip grip.  ”But what’s different,” you ask?  T-E-X-T-U-R-E.  The exterior of the case has a subtle grainy texture that sets it apart from our smooth Metallic & Chameleon Gliders and the Lux Glider case, which has a matte finish.  C-O-L-O-R.  The Element Glider comes in five AWESOME colors!  We have Colorado Smoke, Seattle Midnight, Palo Alto Foliage, Prairie Yellow, and Manhattan Granite.  Three out of five of those colors are now available on our website!  We’re still waiting for the other two.
